Australian film Canopy will screen at this year’s Taipei Film Festival (TFF) and will be of particular interest to Taiwanese film aficionados. Not only is the movie a gripping tale of wartime survival, but Taiwanese actor Mo Tzu-Yi also stars in the movie- playing the role of a Chinese-Singaporean resistance fighter. The Australia Office is pleased to support the visit of the film’s director, Aaron Wilson, who will be in Taipei for the screening and share his behind-the-scenes perspectives with movie-goers alongside Taiwanese director Chien Hsiang (whose film Partners in Crime is also selected by International New Talent Competition of TFF).
